Located in 116 rue Danièle Casanova in Dizy, a few kilometers away from Epernay, we welcome you from Monday to Saturday from 9h00 to 12h00 and from 2pm to 6 pm.

Our cellars, entirely dug by hand by our grandfather Arthur, allow us to store our bottles in the best conditions during several years prior to the discharging and the labelling.

After the wine-producing stage which is performed in our tanks, our wines are then bottled and stored in cellars for a second fermentation. The latter causing the foam forming process, which will give those fine bubbles at the uncorking, a characteristic of this delicate soft beverage.

Then our bottles are matured in our cellars within 3 or 4 weeks before being moved and rotated and carefully discharged. They are left once more to rest for a few months in order to acquire the necessary maturity with the aim to offering you the most pleasant possible tasting.

In this setting, we will welcome you, by appointment, and make you discover our facilities over a visit.
